This lovely frying pan is British made from durable 99.1% pure iron with a sturdy riveted handle and handmade British oak handle covers with brass fixings. It is pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural non-stick finish. Suitable for high temperature frying and browning. Note: remove handle covers for use in the oven or grill.
These are perfect for range stoves, open fires, electric, gas, ceramic, halogen and induction hobs (heat up slowly to keep flat).
